Lived with someone other than my parents or siblings and/or alone

I’ve long learnt not to make any resolutions

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes,my eldest sister had a boy, Ludwig, in June

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Luckily not again,no

5. What countries did you visit?
Only South Africa

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
More time with my best friend

7. What dates from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
17 July – the day my father would have turned 77
17 December – the one year anniversary of my fathers’ death

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting my new job (which I adore)

9. What was your biggest failure?
Again not getting my driver’s licence (yes,I’m 25 with no licence)

Nothing important

Didn’t really buy anything noteworthy

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?My mom.My dad died in December 2007,and my mom was an absolute rock to us all during 2008

The man who my dad invested his money with

Setting up the new apartment

Moving in with my boyfriend
